Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BabyCare app. By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Service Description

BabyCare is a mobile app for parents to log baby care data, get analytics, and receive AI-powered suggestions. It is not a substitute for medical advice.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Information and AI suggestions provided by the app are for educational purposes only. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns. In emergencies, call your local emergency number.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Protect account security (password, device access).
• Do not enter third parties' personal information without their consent.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions renew monthly or yearly. Charged via your App Store / Google Play account. Auto-renews at the end of the current period unless canceled. 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase if digital content is not used.

5. Use Limitations

• Reverse engineering is prohibited.
• Unauthorized modification or copying of the service is prohibited.
• Automated API access (bots, scraping) is prohibited.

6. Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We notify in advance whenever possible.

7. Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, BabyCare shall not be liable for indirect, special, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
