KVKK Disclosure

This disclosure is provided as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity: name, surname, email.
- Health data (special category): baby height, weight, allergen info, feeding and sleep records.
- Device: model, OS version, push token.
3. Processing Purposes
- To provide and improve the service.
- To generate AI-powered suggestions (anonymized).
- For communication and notifications.
4. Legal Basis
- Explicit consent (for special category health data).
- Performance of contract.
- Legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention).
5. Transfer
Your data is shared with our service providers (RevenueCat, OpenAI, Google Cloud, Firebase) only for the purpose of providing the service. Contractual safeguards are applied for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention Period
While your account is active. Destroyed within 30 days of account deletion. May be retained for legal obligations (e.g., invoices) for the required period.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed.
- Request information if it is.
- Request correction, deletion, or destruction.
- Learn the parties to whom it has been transferred.
- Object to processing.
