Data Deletion Request

You have two options to delete your account and all data:
1. Delete from within the app
Open BabyCare → Profile → Account → Delete My Account. This step deletes all your data immediately (baby profiles, activity logs, AI chat history).
2. Request via email
Click the button below to send us an email. After your request is received, all your data will be deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Data to be Deleted
- Account info (email, name).
- Baby profiles and all activity logs.
- AI chat history and reports.
- Push notification tokens.
Data Retained (legal obligation)
- Invoice and payment records (tax law, 5+ years).
- Anonymous usage statistics (not individually identifiable).

Your email app will open — confirm and send the request, it will be processed within 30 days.
